Atlantic Baking Company's artisan breads are made the old fashioned way, from scratch, hand-formed and baked early every morning. We use only the best ingredients available and tap local and organic sources whenever possible. Our flours are grown and milled in the United States and are GMO-free, unbleached, unbromated and preservative-free.
