Restaurant information: The Miller's Table at Maine Grains
"The Miller’s Table at Maine Grains is a farm-to-table cafe celebrating the cultural cuisine of central Maine, influenced by our location on the "Old Canada Road". We capitalize on our location in Skowhegan’s Maine Grains grist mill to showcase the all-natural and certified-organic whole-grain and sifted flours, oats, wheat berries, rye, cornmeal, buckwheat, and more, processed on site and sold throughout the northeast under the Maine Grains label. Maine Grains products are the central theme around which our menu is organized. All the foods you see here are made right in our own kitchen. Whether it’s a simple, quick breakfast, a wood-fired pizza, or a full-fledged dinner, we believe the best food is made fresh with real ingredients. Whenever we can, we like to source those products close to home. In all we do, we strive for a new standard of seasonal food, locally produced and deliciously prepared to please today’s tastes."
