Pacifico Restaurant offers Latin American cuisine in a casual fine-dining environment, located in one of Saco’s historic mill buildings.  The owners of Quiero Cafe, Carlos Guzman and Alejandra Herrera are pulling inspiration and flavor profiles from all over Central and South America. Pacifico serves refined dishes and drinks in a stylish, Havana-esque atmosphere. Pacifico expands their community's experience with Latin fare, and with their Chilean and Colombian heritage. They are proud to represent the wealth of culture that our home regions offer.
