An antiquarian bookseller specialized in cookery, gastronomy, wine, cocktails, farming, and gardening. They buy and sell fine and rare books on all fields related to food and drink, and work with clients worldwide to source rare books and develop private collections. They also appraise books and archives in these and other fields. Members of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America, The International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, The Ephemera Society of America, The Wayward Tendrils, and the Maine Organic Farmers' and Gardeners' Association.
