Food and local beer will be available, and the community Pie-Luck returns with homemade and store-bought pies contributed by local bakers, businesses and organizations.
Originally conceived by Engine and now organized by Art of Biddeford, Fringe Fest is hosted by Heart of Biddeford and Art of Biddeford. Temporary road closures will affect Washington Street during the event.
