The Skowhegan Craft Brew Festival in downtown Skowhegan, Maine features an array of Maine craft brewers, wineries and distilleries (you’ll be sampling brews from 30 Maine crafters), local food vendors featuring farm-to-table fare, live bands, and guided tours of Maine Grains at the Somerset Grist Mill and of Skowhegan's section of the Langlais Art Trail will combine to make an unforgettable close to summer. The event, which is organized by the nonprofit organization Main Street Skowhegan, benefits continued downtown revitalization efforts.
The festival is held in historic downtown Skowhegan, a charming town located in central Maine. This is your opportunity to sample a wide variety of craft beers from local and regional breweries. Attendees can purchase tickets or passes that grant them access to tastings of different beer styles, including IPAs, stouts, ales, lagers, and more. Brewers provide information about their brewing process, ingredients, and company philosophy, allowing guests to learn more about the craft beer industry. In addition to craft beer, the festival often offers a selection of food trucks and local restaurants serving up delicious eats to complement the beer tastings. Attendees can enjoy a variety of culinary treats.
