The Lemont Block occupies a prized location in the heart of Downtown Brunswick Maine, steps from Bowdoin College and the Androscoggin River. Historically, The Lemont Block was the center of socialization for Mid-Coast Maine. This year, five unique residences are crafted by a team of architects, preservationists and builders to update this gem while retaining the historic character of this 1870s Victorian cornerstone.
